sofiaby FINdustries

Every renewal prepared properly, even in your busiest month.

Renewal season buries account managers for weeks. Sofia builds the renewal file, assembles each submission and lays every quote against the expiring policy. Your licensed staff advise, place and bind.

One renewal, done right for every account

Every renewal goes through three stages. Sofia does the assembling and comparing at each, so a season's prep stops eating your account managers' weeks.

  1. When the renewal opens

    The renewal file

Expiring coverage summarized, the exposure questionnaire drafted for the insured, and loss-run requests drafted to each carrier.

  2. When the answers come back

    The submission

Exposures, schedules, loss history and the account narrative assembled into a submission for each market you choose.

  3. When the quotes land

    Comparison and proposal

Every quote laid against the expiring policy, each change in limits, forms and exclusions listed, and the proposal drafted.

The service desk, two ways

Between renewals, the inbox never stops. Certificates, meeting follow-ups and stale records are where the hours leak.

Proof from our own desk

FINdustries runs its own firm on Sofia. The inbox and CRM work that fills an agency's week is what it handles for us.

After every meeting

Meetings become tasks and CRM notes

Dozens of our meetings became tasks and CRM notes without anyone asking. A client's meeting notes went from 30–45 minutes to about five.

Questions firms ask

Does Sofia connect to our agency management system?

Sofia works with more than 800 business systems, including AgencyZoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outlook and Excel, and we set up the ones your agency uses. Agency management systems and carrier portals vary, so tell us which you run and we'll confirm the connection.

Can Sofia issue certificates of insurance?

Sofia prepares the certificate and checks the contract's requirements against the policy. A person at your agency issues it. Approval steps can be built into any workflow that writes to a client system or sends a message.

Will Sofia talk to our insureds directly?

Only in the ways you set up. Sofia works in your agency's own AI workspace, the Command Center, and in Slack. Messages to insureds can wait for a person's approval, set workflow by workflow.

How accurate is the quote comparison?

Each difference is listed with the document it came from, so your account manager checks the flagged item and moves on. Sofia is designed not to claim actions she didn't take, and a licensed person signs off before an insured sees anything.

How do we start?

Score your firm first. When you want to go further, the Sofia Assessment maps your systems and values your recurring work in about a month, and you keep everything it delivers: the systems map, workflow catalogue and build order. Then you decide.

Get ahead of your next renewal peak

Score your firm, then tell us your heaviest renewal months. We'll show you which prep Sofia takes on, account by account.

One real workflow, every month. The before-and-after time, what still needs review, and which systems it touched.
