Who keeps your CRM current today?
Usually the busiest person at the firm, late on a Friday, from memory.
From the first call to the next step
Sofia keeps the record so your people can keep the client.
- Before the meeting
Know who you're meeting
Sofia reads the CRM record, past emails and meeting transcripts, then hands you the whole history in one brief.
- After the meeting
The record and the follow-up
Sofia writes the meeting to the deal and drafts the follow-up in your voice, ready for your review.
- Every week
Stalls caught, revenue found
Sofia flags deals that went quiet and drafts the nudge. Her review of your client history turns up new revenue opportunities.
We run our own sales on it
FINdustries rebuilt its CRM with Sofia, and she keeps it current from every meeting.
- 1working session to rebuild our CRM and pipeline
- 2×we work like a team twice our size
- 84tasks and CRM notes from 44 meetings, without anyone asking
“It does cut out a ton of time of me entering stuff into places.”
What a chat assistant can't see
A chat window starts from a blank page. Sofia starts from your CRM, your inbox and the way your firm sells.
Works in your real CRM
Sofia reads and updates the records your team already uses, from contacts and deals to notes and tasks. Nobody copies anything between windows.
ExploreKnows each client's history
Every past meeting, email and promise is in front of Sofia when she drafts, so the follow-up picks up where the last conversation stopped.
ExploreYour best closer's habits, for everyone
When one person finds a better follow-up or a sharper brief, it becomes a skill. Everyone on the team works that way from then on.
ExploreYour people decide what goes in the record
Sofia does the typing. Approval steps sit wherever your firm wants them.
- Approve before it's written
- Set any CRM update or outgoing email to wait for a person's approval.
- Changes only with news
- A record changes when a conversation adds something new, so the history stays clean.
- Sources linked
- Every brief and update links back to the meeting or email it came from.
- Your CRM, connected
- Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM or Attio, plus Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, Fireflies and Gong.
- Access your IT lead agrees
- Nothing connects until your IT lead agrees the access. Never-touch accounts stay out.
Questions firms ask
Which CRMs does Sofia work with?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and Attio, among more than 800 business systems. Sofia reads meetings from Zoom, Fireflies or Gong and email from Gmail or Outlook. If your CRM connects without ready-made actions, we build the ones your firm needs within a month.
Does Sofia write to the CRM on her own?
Only where you want her to. Approval steps can be built into any workflow that writes to a client system or sends a message. For example, Sofia can post the meeting summary to Slack and write it to the CRM once someone approves it.
Our CRM already has AI built in. Why add Sofia?
The AI inside your CRM knows your CRM. Sofia works across your CRM, inbox, calendar, meetings and documents, and she knows your firm's clients and the way you sell. When someone finds a better way to run a deal, it becomes a skill the whole team uses.
What if Sofia gets a detail wrong?
Each update links to the meeting or email it came from, and a person approves before anything is written or sent. Sofia can't report an action the record doesn't show, so when she says a record is updated, it is.
Who sets it up?
We do. We connect your CRM, inbox and meeting tools, build the skills with your team and look after them from then on, so nobody in-house has to.
