Sofia builds the model and the memo. Your IC decides.

A live deal ties up your team for weeks of data room reading, model turns and memo drafts. Sofia does that volume in your templates, sources noted. Partners stay on the thesis.

A live deal, two ways

Exclusivity is running, the data room just opened and IC is on the calendar. Here is where the weeks go.

Deal work Sofia has already delivered

Each piece went in front of the people making the call. The memo went through three rounds of questions to management.

Models that meet your standard, from every analyst

An associate's model conventions shouldn't leave with the associate. Sofia learns them once for the whole team.

Each associate with their own AI

  • Each associate prompts a chatbot their own way
  • Model conventions live in one person's head
  • New analysts relearn the IC template every deal

Sofia, taught once

  • Your best associate shows Sofia the model once
  • It becomes a skill the whole team runs
  • A first-year analyst's model follows your conventions

Around the deals, the work that never stops

Pipeline, meetings and quarter-end reporting run alongside every deal. Sofia keeps all three moving, on schedule where they repeat.

  1. Every day

    The pipeline stays current

Banker intros, teasers and NDA status logged to your CRM from email, so Monday's pipeline review starts from current records.

  2. After each management meeting

    Notes, questions and follow-ups

Notes, open diligence questions and follow-up emails drafted from the call, ready for the deal lead to approve before anything is sent.

  3. At quarter-end

    Portfolio and LP reporting

Each company's reporting pack read, figures placed in your quarterly template and checked against last quarter, with differences listed for the CFO.

Sofia prepares. Your deal team decides.

Investment judgment, approvals and anything that moves money stay with your people.

Every figure traced to source
Models keep live formulas and memos note the source document, so every number can be checked.
Gaps become questions
Where the data room is silent, Sofia asks your team mid-task and waits for the answer.
Approval before anything goes out
Emails to management, lenders or LPs can wait for a partner's approval, workflow by workflow.
Restricted deals stay out
Nothing connects until your IT lead agrees. A deal on your never-touch list stays out.
Never used to train AI
Deal data isn't used to train AI models, by us or by our model providers.
Your playbook stays yours
Screening criteria and IC templates become skills, kept as plain files your firm owns.

Questions firms ask

Can Sofia work from our virtual data room?

Sofia reads the data room documents once they're in your deal folder in Box, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive, and files the finished model, memo and deck back there. Sofia works with more than 800 business systems, and we build the actions your firm needs on a connected system within a month.

How do we trust the numbers?

Every number in the model sits in a live formula, and memos note the source of each point, so your team checks against the record. Sofia is designed not to claim work she didn't do, and a person at your firm does the final review.

Is our deal data used to train AI models?

No. Your firm's data isn't used to train AI models, in our systems or by the model providers we use. Nothing connects until your IT lead agrees the access, and anything on your never-touch list stays out, whether that's one deal, one portfolio company or a whole fund.

Which AI models does Sofia use?

Sofia uses the best model available for each task, whether that's from OpenAI or Anthropic's Claude. Your screening criteria, model conventions and memo templates stay yours whichever model runs them.

Who sets it up and keeps it running?

We do. We set up your AI, connect your systems, build your skills from real deal work and keep it running, so you don't need anyone in-house to manage it. The skills, workflows and knowledge built for your firm are yours to keep.

How do we start?

Score your firm first. When you want to go further, the Sofia Assessment maps your systems and values your recurring work in about a month, and you keep everything it delivers: the systems map, workflow catalogue and build order. Then you decide.
