What lands without anyone asking
Our own firm runs its day on schedules. This is what lands each day and each week.
- BRIEFA morning briefing for each personThe day's tasks and deals, built from the task board and CRM
- SUMMARYDaily summary of the firm's activityPosted to the team every day
- CHECK-INEnd-of-day check-in, per personOne for each person as the day closes
- BRIEFWeekly market briefDelivered to the team every week
- REPORTClient activity across an advisor's whole bookAt a client, delivered every Monday without anyone asking
Build it once. It runs every week after.
Any report your team rebuilds by hand can become a schedule in three steps.
- Once
Build it with Sofia
Ask for the report the way you'd ask a colleague. Hand Sofia last week's version and correct her until it's right.
- Same sitting
Turn it into a skill
Say "turn this into a skill." Your format and commentary rules are written down for the whole firm.
- On schedule
Delivered to whoever needs it
Pick the time and the people: a partner, each project lead or a Slack channel. Sofia builds it from current data.
“It's made my job a lot easier.”
When the firm runs on one person's memory
Does your firm have a report that stops when one person takes a week off?
Why you can leave it running
Schedules run when nobody is watching, so each one is built to be checked.
- A named person receives it
- Each schedule delivers to someone on the team, so a missing report gets noticed.
- Its owner's access, no wider
- A schedule runs with the access of the person it runs as.
- Every action has a receipt
- Sofia can't report an action the record doesn't show. Posted means posted.
- Fix once, fixed everywhere
- Change the skill and every schedule that uses it picks up the change.
- Delivered where you work
- In the Command Center or Slack, or filed to Box, Google Drive or SharePoint.

Questions firms ask
What can run on a schedule?
Any skill. Once someone gets a task right with Sofia, it can run on a timer: morning briefings from the task board and CRM, end-of-day check-ins, weekly client reports, a market brief or a Monday pipeline review.
Where does the data come from?
From the systems you already run: your CRM, task tools such as ClickUp, Asana or monday.com, accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite, and your files in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Sofia works with more than 800 business systems, and we set up the ones you use.
Why not ask a chat assistant for the report each week?
Someone would still have to remember, paste in the data and explain the format every time. Sofia is connected to your systems, knows your firm's format and commentary rules, and runs the report on schedule for everyone who needs it.
Can each person get their own version?
Yes. The same skill can run for each partner's clients or each project lead's projects, delivered to that person and run with the access of the person it runs as.
What if a number is wrong?
Every report goes to a named person who reads it before it goes further, and each figure traces back to the system it came from. Fix the skill once and every later run uses the fix.
Who looks after the schedules?
We do. We set up your AI, connect your systems, build your skills and keep them running, so you don't need anyone in-house to manage it.
Which report would you never build by hand again?
