Your best person's way, done by everyone.

Every firm has someone who does the diligence write-up or the client review better than anyone. A skill captures how they do it, so Sofia does it their way for everyone.

Taught once, used by the whole firm

Without skills, every person's AI learns alone. With skills, your expert's method becomes the firm's method, down to the newest hire.

Personal AI accounts

  • Everyone prompts their own way
  • Results change from desk to desk
  • Know-how leaves when the person leaves

Sofia's shared skills

  • Your expert shows Sofia the task once
  • It becomes a skill the whole firm runs
  • Your newest hire gets the expert's version

How a skill gets made

Nobody writes a manual. You do the work once with Sofia, and the method is kept.

  1. Once

    Get it right with Sofia

Do the task with Sofia until the result is right, ideally starting from a past deliverable your firm approved.

  2. Then

Say "turn this into a skill"

Sofia captures the steps, templates and rules from the work you just did. Yuxibu builds the skill for the firm.

  3. From then on

    Everyone runs it

Anyone runs it by name. One correction improves it for everyone, and work that repeats can go on a schedule.

“It keeps all of the templates, which is great.”
VP, client solutions, Sofia client

What skills are doing right now

A skill earns its keep the second time it runs, and every time after that.

What a skill holds

A skill reads like the note your best person would leave a new hire, in a file anyone at your firm can open.

The steps
What to do, in what order, and which systems to pull from.
Your templates
The formats your firm already uses, so the output looks like your work.
The rules
Your standards and checks, applied the same way every time.
The exceptions
The cases your best person knows to handle differently.
An approval step
Where a person signs off before anything writes to a client system or sends.
A schedule, if it repeats
Skills run on a schedule and deliver to the people who need them.

Skills your firm owns

Your methods are business assets. They belong to your firm and get more valuable every time someone improves them.

Ownership

Plain files your firm keeps

Skills are plain files anyone at your firm can read. Everything we build for you is yours, and we hand it over as files whenever you ask.

Upkeep

Built and maintained with you

Your people teach Sofia the work. Our engineers design, test and maintain the skills, and update them when your templates change.

Quality

Checked on every run

Every turn passes a rule-based review before delivery, so Sofia doesn't report work she didn't do. A person at your firm does the final review.

Questions firms ask

What exactly is a skill?

A written procedure: your firm's steps, templates, rules and exceptions for a task, stored as a plain file your firm owns. Any agent on your deployment can follow it, and anyone on your team can run it or read it.

Who writes the skills?

Your people do the work with Sofia and say "turn this into a skill" when it comes out right. Our engineers help design, test and maintain skills, so nobody at your firm has to become an AI specialist.

What happens when our templates change?

You correct the shared skill once, or our engineers update it for you. The change reaches everyone who runs it the next time they do.

Can a skill send something without us seeing it?

Only if you set it up that way. Approval steps can be built into any skill that writes to a client system or sends a message, so a person signs off first.

Can we take our skills with us?

Yes. Skills are plain files your firm owns. The skills, workflows and knowledge built for your firm are yours to keep, and we deliver them as files on request.

Find the first skill your firm should keep

The Sofia Assessment maps your systems and values your recurring work, and you keep everything it delivers. Then you decide.

One real workflow, every month. The before-and-after time, what still needs review, and which systems it touched.
